摘　　要：运用扫描电镜、金相检验、力学性能测试等手段,研究了65Mn钢板开裂的原因。结果表明:钢的组织中存在夹杂物(较大)、片状珠光体片间距偏大是导致65Mn钢板开裂的主要原因。通过降低钢中的夹杂物,调整热轧工艺,获得了良好的综合力学性能。The reason for cracks in 65Mn steel plate is researched with scanning electron microscope, metallo-graphic test and mechanical properties measurement. It is showed from the result that inclusion （rather large） in steel and too big gap between flakes of pearlite are the main cause. With reducing the inclusion in steel and adjusting hot rolling process the better comprehensive mechanical properties got.
