摘　　要：连铸机的运行精度直接关系到连铸坯的质量,因此必须对连铸机的运行状况进行有效的监控。辊缝仪就是用来对连铸机的各项技术参数进行测量、监控,发现问题并进行及时处理的装置。介绍辊缝仪的维护、校验要求,结合典型图例列举了一些应用辊缝仪判断设备隐患的实例。对炼钢连铸车间设备维护人员具有一定借鉴意义。The operation precision of caster is directly concerned with the quality of continuous casting billet, so its operation status must be effectively monitored. Roll gap instrument is the device to measure, monitor the ,various technical parameters of caster, find its problems and treat them in time. It is introduced the main-tenance, verification demands of the instrument, listed some actual cases to apply the instrument to judge the hidden equipment defects. All these have some reference significances for the equipment maintenance staff in continuous casting workshop.
