摘　　要：在市场经济背景下,建构了我国城镇住房体系中政府、开发商、消费者之间利益关系的博弈模型,分析了各博弈方的策略选择.指出在建设社会主义和谐社会的进程中,政府作为博弈的主导者应通过宏观调控及具体的政策工具对市场进行有效引导和干预;进而引出制度设计的重要性和相关建议.In this article,a game model of government,developers and common citizens in China’s urban housing system is established,each one’s strategic choices are analyzed.In the end,we come to conclusion that the government as a dominant factor should efficiently supervise the market by carrying out macro-control,policies or other methods,also should establish a supervision mechanism so as to make important decisions and feasible suggestions
