输入率及服务率可变且有差错服务的排队模型

摘　　要：讨论了到达的顾客以概率αk进入M/M/1/m排队系统,服务窗的服务率随队长变化,且系统服务会出现差错,得出了进入系统的顾客流是泊松过程,且系统中的顾客数是生灭过程,并获得了该模型的平稳分布和顾客的平均输入率,平均等待队长,系统的平均队长,顾客的平均逗留时间及顾客的平均等待时间。This paper discusses that the arrived customers enter M/M/1/m queuing system with the probability αK , that service rate of service window is changing with the queuing length and that system service can make mistakes, obtains that the customer flow entering into the system is a Poisson process and that the customer number in the system is birth-death process, and gets the stable distribution of this model, the average input rate of the customers, the average queuing length, the average length of the system, the average staying time of the customers, and the average waiting time of the customers.
