摘　　要：上海基督教青年会、女青年会是有悠久历史、具有基督教背景、致力于推动志愿者运动的社会服务团体。自1996年承接政府委托管理浦东新区罗山市民会馆以来,在开展社区文化、教育、体育服务方面成效显著。其明确的组织定位、不断创新的社区服务模式、主动承担社会责任、规范的管理、重视品牌建设等方面的经验为其他社会组织参与社区服务提供可资借鉴的方法与路径,也为宗教界参与社会服务提供了重要启示。Shanghai YMCA and YWCA are social service organizations with a long history, Christian background, promoting volun- teer movement. Shanghai YMCA and YWCA have had a lot of achievements in developing community culture, education, sports since 1996 when they undertook the mandatory administration of Roshan Municipal House of Pudong New Area from the govern- ment. Their experience of clear organizational positioning, innovative community service model, undertaking social responsibility, standardized management, paying attention to brand construction will provide new methods for the other social organizations to par-ticipate in community service, while offering important inspiration for religious organizations to participate in social service.
