复方芙蓉叶巴布膏治疗急性踝关节软组织损伤多中心临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方芙蓉叶巴布膏治疗急性踝关节软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法:将120例急性踝关节软组织损伤患者随机分为两组,各60例;治疗组给予复方芙蓉叶巴布膏局部外敷治疗,对照组给予复方紫荆消伤巴布膏局部外敷治疗,疗程7 d。观察两组总体临床疗效及踝关节肿胀、疼痛、压痛、功能活动障碍等变化。结果:两组临床疗效比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组踝关节肿胀、疼痛、压痛、功能活动障碍等症状积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗组踝关节肿胀积分降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方芙蓉叶巴布膏治疗急性踝关节软组织损伤疗效确切,消肿作用尤其显著。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Compound Furongye Bubl Cream＂ in the treatment of acute soft tissue injury in ankle joints with ＂ Compound Furongye Bubl Cream＂. Methods： One hundred and twenty subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 60 cases were treated with ＂ Compound Furongye Bubl Cream＂ and control group in which 60 cases were treated with ＂Compound Zijing Xiaoshang Bubl Cream＂, with a course of seven days. The clinical efficacy and such symptoms as ankle swelling, pain, tenderness and dysfunction were observed. Results： The clinical efficacy was insignificant between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, the scores of ankle swelling, pain, tenderness and dysfunction were reduced in both groups （P 〈 0.05 ）, with more significant relief in joint swelling in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： ＂Compound Furongye Bubl Cream＂ has good effects on the soft tissue injury in ankle joints, especially in relieving swelling.
