摘　　要：为了解中医自制量表(问卷)的研究及应用概况,对量表在中医领域近10年的应用进行整理和分析,发现近年来中医自制量表在疗效评价及生存质量评价方面的研究具有较为突出的发展,应用领域广泛;证候诊断量表的研制较多,但在四诊信息采集方面仍有所欠缺。In order to have a general conference of the research and application of self-made scale （questionnaire） in traditional Chinese medicine, we sorted the application of the scale in traditional Chinese medicine in recent 10 years. And we found that a fast development of the research on evaluation of the efficacy and survival quality has been made in recent years in the field of Chinese medical self-made scale. Though the syndrome diagnosis scales were studied by many scholars, the research of four diagnostic information acquisitions was deficient.
