摘　　要：高阻计是一种直读式的用来测试高值电阻的仪器,在科研和工厂等领域被广泛使用。该文以SM-8220型高阻计为例对其电阻校准进行了测量不确定度的分析与评定。参考高阻计的工作特性,在测试过程中,应尽量减小外界干扰,确保测试结果准确可靠。Megohmmeter is a kind of direct reading instruments using to test high resistance.It is widely used in the field of scientific research,factories and etc.Taking the SM-8220 type megohmmeter as an example,this text will give out the uncertainty evaluation of resistance calibration,According to the working characterisitic of megohmmeter,we should try to reduce the interference in order to ensure the test results accurate and reliable.
