摘  要:双螺杆泵因其广泛的适用性受到关注。以Ω型双头双螺杆泵转子的型线为研究对象,分析其组成和形成原理,建立齿形曲线方程式,应用坐标变换分别得出对称曲线的各段型线方程式,并利用包络原理得出齿形曲线对应的共轭曲线方程。结合具体实例利用Pro/E对双头双螺杆泵转子进行虚拟建模,得出转子螺旋曲面的方程,为双头双螺杆泵的性能分析及加工改进提供依据。Twin-screw pump is valued because of its wide applicability. The profile of double helix twin-screw pump rotor is the research object. This article analyzes the profile's composition and its forming principle, establishes the toothed eurve's equation, using the coordinate transformation to get symmetrical eurve's profile and curve's equation respectively , and obtains toothed eurve's corresponding conjugate of curve's equation from the envelope principle. By using the Pro/E to model the double helix twin-screw pump rotor combined with specific examples, rotor helical surface's equation is drawn and foundation for the performance research and improvement of double helix twin-screw pump are provided.
