摘　　要：冷轧薄板平整卷曲机结构复杂、强度计算繁琐。本文结合某厂新建生产线,介绍了卷取机的主要结构和工作原理,采用有限元分析方法校核了卷筒的强度,为卷取机的设计提供了理论保障。该卷取机投产以来,运行效果良好,满足用户的生产需求。A cold thin plate skin tension reel has shortcomings of complex structure and trivial strength calculation. In this paper, according to a new production line of cold thin plate skin pass mills, the main structure and working principle of the tension reel were introduced; the mechanical parameters were calculated and checked, and the strength of the mandrel was also checked by finite element analysis. All of these provide a theoretical support for the structure design. It has proved that the tension reel operates well, and meets the produetion demand of the customer.
