摘  要:利用数值模拟的方法,研究了一种典型的移动式压力容器外置式加热管连接处开孔对管内流动性能的影响。开孔的目的是为了均衡不同纵向加热管内的流量,充分发挥每根加热管的传热性能。分析了不同小孔直径对加热管内流量和压降的影响。结果表明,孔径的减小使流体分布更加对称,但同时也使管内压降剧增。因此孔径的选取需要综合考虑流量和压降两种因素的影响。For the external heating tube of a typical movable pressure vessel, studied the effect of openings in tube connection on flow performance in the tube with numerical simulation method. Purpose of openings was to balance flow in different vertical heating tubes, so as to fully play the heat transfer performance of each heating tube. Analyzed the effects on flow and pressure drop of different openings diameters, the results showed that the decrease of opening diameter lead to a more symmetrical flow distribution, but a significant addition of pressure drop in the tube. Thus, the effects on flow and pressure drop should be taken into consideration while selecting the opening diameter.
