摘 要:水利措施对解决红壤小流域开发治理中碰到的水土流失、干旱缺水等问题具有重要作用.加强红壤小流域的水土保持,是保护生态环境、促进生态省建设的重要内容,也是提高红壤小流域的防洪、供水保障能力,是城镇化发展和新农村建设的重要支撑,建议通过水土保持建设、灌溉水源建设、发展节水灌溉、建立水利设施长效管护机制等措施开发利用低丘红壤资源.Water conservancy measures plays an important role on soil and water erosion, drought and other issues red-earth small watershed development. The conservation of red-soil in small watershed water with perfect flood prevention and water supply is also the important content of ecological environment protection and ecoprovince construction, as well as a signifi- cant support of urbanization development and new rural construction. It is also suggested that by the construction of soil and water conservation, and water-saving irrigation, the red-earth resources be utilized based on the long-term mechanism of management and protection for water conservancy facilities.
