摘 要:对高温加热条件下的试验钢坯氧化特性进行分析,测定钢坯在不同加热方式、加热温度和加热时间下的氧化烧损率,用扫描电镜观察其氧化层结构。结果表明,空气条件下加热,试样氧化烧损率达16.39kg/m2;加入石墨条件下,氧化烧损率为7.23kg/m2;真空条件下,氧化烧损率极低,未出现熔融现象。低温阶段,试样氧化层呈疏松、多孔结构,850℃左右开始氧化,至1100℃左右氧化速率急剧增大,1380℃,液相熔渣从表面流淌不断裸露出新表面,氧化烧损率随加热时间延长呈线性增大。To analyze the oxidation property of steel billets under high temperature heating, the burn- ing loss rates of steel billets heated under different conditions (atmosphere, temperature and soaking time) are measured, and the structure of the oxidized layer on steel billet is characterized by SEM. The results show that, heated in the air, the oxidation burning loss rate is 16.39 kg/m2 ; with the ad- dition of graphite,the loss rate is 7.23 kg/m2 ;and in vacuum,the loss rate is insignificant and there's no oxidation melting. It is also found that the oxidation of steel billets begins with the temperature of about 850℃ and increases very rapidly at the temperature of 1100 ℃. At 1380 ℃, oxides can melt and drip from the surface of steel billets, and consequently the oxidation burning loss rate increases linear- ly with the heating time.
