摘 要:以TiO2、CaO和C为原料制备阴极,然后在CaCl2-NaCl混合熔盐体系中,采用熔盐电解法制备TiC粉末,并通过SEM、EDX、XRD对阴极及其电解产物进行表征。结果表明:当烧结温度为1 300℃、烧结时间为2h时可制备出导电性良好、强度适宜的CaTiO3-C复合物以满足熔盐电解对阴极的要求,再以其为阴极,经熔盐电解后可制备出呈不规则球状分布且粒度均匀的TiC粉末。The cathode was synthesized with TiO2, CaO and C as raw materials,and then TiC powders were prepared by electrolysis in CaCl2-NaCl mixed molten salt. The resultant cathode and its electrolytic product were characterized by SEM, EDX and XRD. The results show that under 1 300℃ sintering temperature and 2 h sintering duration,CaTiO3-C compound with favorable electrical conductivity and strength can be obtained to meet the requirement of molten salt electrolysis for cathode. With the resultant compound as cathode,TiC powders with irregular spheroidal distribution and uniform particle sizes can be obtained by molten salt electrolysis.
