芪柴煎剂治疗肺脾气虚、肝气郁结证型变应性鼻炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芪柴煎剂治疗肺脾气虚、肝气郁结证型变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:以芪柴煎剂为方,对84例肺脾气虚、肝气郁结证型变应性鼻炎患者进行论治。结果:显效44例,有效34例,总有效率为92.9%。结论:芪柴煎剂治疗肺脾气虚、肝气郁结证型变应性鼻炎有显著疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Qichai decoction on allergic rhinitis with Qi insufficiency in lung and spleen syndrome and liver-Qi stagnation syndrome. Methods： 84 cases of allergic rhinitis with two TCM syndromes were treated and observed.Results：44 patients were markedly effective, 34 patients were effective,and the total effective rate amounted to 92.9%. Conclusion： Qichai decoction has remarkable curative effect on allergic rhinitis with Qi insufficiency in lung, spleen syndrome and liver-Qi stagnation syndrome .
