中药熏蒸结合穴位按摩治疗中风痉挛性瘫痪的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏蒸结合穴位按摩治疗中风痉挛性瘫痪的临床效果。方法:将60例中风偏瘫痉挛状态患者随机分为两组,治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),2组均给予常规护理,治疗组在此基础上加用中药熏蒸结合穴位按摩。治疗前后分别对2组肢体痉挛状态、肢体运动功能、生活自理能力的变化进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者在肢体痉挛恢复、肢体运动功能改善以及生活自理能力提高方面均显著优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸结合穴位按摩可有效地缓解肢体的高肌张力、改善肢体痉挛状态和提高患者生活质量。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation with acu- pressure on apoplexy spastic paralysis. Methods： 60 cases of apoplectic hemiplegia spasticity were randomly di- vided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）,both groups received conventional nursing for eneephalopathy. The treatment group received herbal fumigation and acupoint massage. The limb spasticity, motor function and self-care ability were compared. Results： The recovery of limbs motor function and self-care ability were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Acupoint massage therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can effectively al- leviate the high muscle tension, improve limb spastieity and raise the life quality of patients.
