摘　　要：健康教育作为卫生工作的先导和基础,作为医院护理工作的重要任务之一,正面临着时代的挑战。为提升护理健康教育效果,本文从影响护理健康教育效果的原因:护士素质良莠不齐、受众水平高低不一、载体选择过于单一、评价体系尚未健全、经费保障未能到位、专家队伍亟需建立等方面进行探析,提出注重工作技巧、丰富传播载体、量化评价指标、建立权威专家库等对策,以促进护理健康教育工作迈上新的台阶。Health education, one of the most important task in hospital nursing work, is facing serious challenges of the times. To enhance the effectiveness of nursing health education, this artice makes a thorough inquiry into the causes which hamper the health education, such as varied quality of nurses ,different cultural level of audience, lack of means of education, assessment system, fund, and specialists, and suggests various countermeasures.
