摘 要:目的观察酸性氧化电位水(EOW)对烧伤深Ⅱ度创面和感染创面杀菌的作用。方法烧伤深Ⅱ度创面(A组)和烧伤感染创面(B组)各20例,EOW用于2组换药时的创面冲洗,A、B组分别选取同一患者相对部位、相同类型创面以生理盐水冲洗作为对照1组和对照2组。在创面处理前(T0)及处理后的第1、4及7天(T1,T4,T7)对创面进行涂抹采样,棉拭采样端接种实验细菌进行培养(37℃培养48 h),计算各组创面菌落数,并比较处理后菌落数下降的幅度。结果处理后,各组烧伤创面菌落计数均明显减少(P<0.01),随处理时间的延长菌落数的差值逐渐增大(P<0.01),呈时间依赖性;A、B组创面菌落数减少的幅度分别大于对照1、2组(P<0.01)。结论 EOW对烧伤深Ⅱ度创面和感染创面杀菌作用优于生理盐水。Objective To investigate the bactericidal effect of electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) on deep second-degree burn wounds and infected surface wounds. Methods EOW was used for wound irrigation in 20 patients with deep second-degree burn wounds (group A) and 20 patients with burn wound infections (group B). The same type of wounds were irrigated with normal saline on the relative parts in group A (control group 1 ) and group B (control group 2), respectively. Wound smears were obtained before(T0) and 1 (T1), 4(T4) and 7 (TT) days after wound treatment. Specimens were sampled using cotton tipped swabs and bacteria were cultured at 37 ~C for 48 hours. The number of colonies was counted and the decrease in the number of colonies after treatment was compared. Results The number of colonies significantly reduced in all groups after treatment and the difference of the number of colonies increased with treatment duration (P〈0.01). Compared with control group 1 and 2, the magnitude of reduction in the number of colonies significantly increased in group A and B, respectively (P〈0.01). Conclusion EOW exerts a better bactericidal effect on deep second-degree burn wounds and infected surface wounds than normal saline.
