膀胱镜辅助支撑喉镜在声带良性肿块声门暴露困难患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨支撑喉镜下治疗声门暴露困难者声带良性病变的手术方法技巧。方法对43例(68侧)术中支撑喉镜暴露困难的声带肿块的病例,借助于膀胱镜进行手术。结果 43例(68侧)手术均顺利完成,术后声嘶改善,治愈37例,好转6例,随访1年无复发。结论对支撑喉镜下声门暴露困难的病例,可借助于膀胱镜完成手术。Objective To study the surgical techniques for benign lesions of vocal cords in patients with difficulty in exposing glottis under suspension laryngoscopy. Methods Forty-three patients （68 sides） whose vocal cord tumors could not be exposed by suspension laryngoscopy underwent operation by means of cystoscopy. Results Surgery procedures were successfully completed and hoarseness was improved in all the 43 patients. Among them,37 were cured and 6 achieved improvement. No recurrence occurred during a one-year follow-up. Conclusion For patients with difficulty in exposing glottis under suspension laryngoscopy, surgery procedures can be completed by cystoscopy.
