摘 要:通过改变导向剂的陈化时间及合成母液的碱度制备出不同硅铝比的小晶粒Y分子筛,考察了硅铝比对小晶粒Y分子筛的性质及其加氢裂化性能的影响;采用XRD,BET,NH3-TPD,SEM等手段表征了小晶粒Y分子筛的晶型、骨架结构、孔结构、酸性和形貌。表征结果显示,随硅铝比的增大,Y分子筛表面的酸量减少,骨架稳定性增强。加氢裂化反应结果表明,与工业Y分子筛相比,以小晶粒Y分子筛为载体的催化剂的裂化活性更高,以硅铝比为5.2的小晶粒Y分子筛为载体的催化剂在保持较高裂化活性的前提下,轻油选择性和化工原料收率较高,是优选的轻油型加氢裂化催化剂的活性组分。Nano-crystal Y zeolites with different silica-alumina ratio(Si/A1) were synthesized by changing the aging time of seeding gel and the alkalinity of synthetic mother liquor. The physicochemical properties and hydrocracking performance of the nano-crystal Y zeolites was investigated. Their crystal type, framework structure, pore structure, acidity, morphology and stability of the samples were analyzed by means of XRD, BET, NH3-TPD and SEM. Increasing the Si/AI can enhance the stability of nano-crystal Y zeolites and decrease the acid amounton the Y zeolite surface. Hydrocracking results indicated that the catalysts with nano-crystal Y zeolites as support had higher cracking activity than that with industrial Y zeolite as support. The catalyst with the nano-crystal Y zeolite with Si/A1 of 5.2 as support exhibited the highest selectivity to light distillate and the highest yield of petro-chemical raw materials under the precondition of keeping high cracking activity.
