摘 要:以L-亮氨酸和水杨醛为原料合成了L-亮氨酸缩水杨醛配体(TS),TS再与金属Pd(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)配位合成L-亮氨酸缩水杨醛Pd(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ)异双核配合物(PdCuTS)。采用FTIR,UV-Vis,ICP,1H NMR等方法表征并分析了PdCuTS的结构和组成。将PdCuTS应用于苯酚氧化羰基化反应中,考察了助剂Cu(OAc)2用量、反应温度、反应时间和反应压力对PdCuTS催化性能的影响。实验结果表明,PdCuTS对苯酚氧化羰基化反应具有较好的催化活性;优化的反应条件为:n(PdCuTS)=0.02mmol、n(PdCuTS)∶n(四丁基溴化铵)∶n(对苯二酚)=1∶50∶100、Cu(OAc)2用量0.03 g、苯酚用量2.5 g、反应温度110℃、反应压力4.5 MPa(n(CO)∶n(O2)=8∶1)、反应时间8 h;在此条件下,碳酸二苯酯的收率为20.0%,选择性为47.3%。L-leucinesalicylaldehyde palladium copper(PdCuTS) was synthesized through the coordination reaction of L-leucinesalicylaldehyde(TS) which was synthesized from salicylaldehyde and L-leucine, with metal ions Pd( II ) and Cu( H ). The structure and composition of PdCuTS were characterized by means of FTIR, UV-Vis, ICP and 1H NMR, and its catalytic performance in the oxidative carbonylation of phenol to diphenyl carbonate(DPC) was investigated. The effects of Cu(OAe)2 dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time and reaction pressure on the catalytic activity of PdCuTS were studied. The results showed that the PdCuTS catalyst had high catalytic activity for the oxidative carbonylation. Under the appropriate reaction conditions: n(PdCuTS) 0.02 mmol, n(PdCuTS) : n(tetrabutyl ammonium bromide) : n(hydroquinone) 1 : 50 : 100, Cu(OAc)2 dosage 0.03 g, phenol dosage 2.5 g, reaction temperature 110 ℃, reaction pressure 4.5 MPa(n(CO) : n(O2)=8 : 1) and reaction time 8 h, the yield and selectivity of DPC were 20.0% and 47.3%, respectively.
