摘 要:综述了各种类型的离子液体(ILs)萃取燃料油深度脱硫的研究进展。介绍了ILs中阴阳离子的萃取脱硫机理;对用于萃取脱硫的ILs的阳离子和阴离子进行了分类,阳离子从其演变过程分为单环芳烃阳离子、烷基改性的单环芳烃阳离子和多环芳烃阳离子,阴离子按其性质主要分为低黏度二腈胺根类、酸酯类和多卤代金属类,并讨论了它们的优缺点和发展历程;对ILs的再生方法进行了比较。最后提出了ILs萃取脱硫技术发展的重点是提高ILs萃取芳烃硫化物的分配系数和ILs的再生利用率。Advances in deep desulfurization of fuel oils by extraction with various kinds of ionic liquids(ILs) were reviewed. The extractive mechanisms of both cations and anions in the ILs were summarized. The cations and anions in the ILs were classified and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. The cations were classified as aromatic cations, alkyl modified aromatic cations and polycyclic aromatic cations. The anions include low viscosity dicyanamide, alkyl phosphate and polyhalo-metallic anions. Several methods for the regeneration of the used ILs were discussed. The key points for the deep desulfurization of fuel oils by extraction with ILs are to raise the partition coefficients in the extraction and the recycling utilization rate of the ILs.
