摘　　要：介绍了称重系统准确度不高的原因，通过选用合适的传感器、改进出钢车结构以及加强对电子系统的保护，提高了传感器的使用寿命和系统的稳定性，使称重系统的准确度基本保证在千分之三以内。Describe the reason that the weighing system has low accuracy. Through adopting suitable sensor, improving the structure of tapping vehicle and strengthening the protection on the electrical system, improve the service life of sensor and system stability, and ensure the accuracy of weighing system keeps within the range of 3‰.
