摘 要:为确定双层摊铺工艺下沥青混合料的有效碾压时间及碾压温度,建立了基于热传导理论的混合料温度散失有限元预估模型,并进行了实测验证;系统研究外界温度在0~40℃下的双层摊铺混合料温度散失规律,进而提出了不同外界温度下混合料的有效碾压时间段,最后通过试验路工程进行了验证。研究结果表明:由双层摊铺温度模型预估的混合料温度散失规律与实测温度散失趋势相近,模型具有较高的精度;当摊铺温度分别为150℃、170℃时,有效碾压时间分别为28~48min和22~37min,满足工程需求;试验路铺筑表明,采用双层摊铺温度散失模型预估的有效碾压时间进行施工,可以提高路面平整度,保证路面充分压实,确保道路的通行质量。In order to obtain the effective compacting time and the temperature, a mixture heat losing finite element model was established based on the heat conduction theory, and the actual experiment was conducted to confirm the model. The mixture heat losing law was systematically researched when the outside temperature was between 0 ℃ and 40℃, then the effective compac- ting time was presented, and a test road was taken to verify the actual effect. The results show that the mixture heat losing law got by the model of double layer spreading and the observed tem- perature have the similar losing trend, which shows its high precision. The effective compacting time is from 28 to 48 min and 22 to 37 min when the paving temperature is 150 ℃ and 170℃ re- spectively, which meets the engineering requirement. The test road indicates that when the finite element model is taken to predict the effective compacting time, the smoothness can be improved, the pavement can be compacted fully, and the quality of the road can be guaranteed. 5 tabs, 14 figs, 10 refs.
