摘 要:为了建立车辆在实际道路上行驶的油耗模型,以某轻型柴油车辆为对象,通过场地滑行试验,采集脱挡与带挡滑行的车速、时间及瞬时耗油率数据,对比发动机万有特性,综合考虑滑行距离、瞬时耗油率及能量变化利用线性回归分析得到车辆平路滑行油耗特性。分析结果表明:车辆滑行油耗远低于经济车速等速油耗,且带挡滑行瞬时耗油率远低于脱挡滑行瞬时耗油率,而各挡强制怠速瞬时耗油率略有差异;车辆滑行相同距离时,空挡滑行累计耗油量最多,而4档滑行最低;对于轻型柴油车辆,为实现节能减排应在保证安全的前提下多选择滑行,且平路滑行时应选择带挡滑行,并合理控制滑行车速区间。In order to establish fuel consumption model for vehicles traveling on road, taking some light-duty diesel vehicles as object, speed, time and fuel consumption rate were gathered by road coasting test. Furthermore vehicle's fuel consumption characteristics were obtained after linear regression analysis. The results show that the fuel consumption under coasting condition is much lower than with comprehensive consideration of coasting distance, instantaneous fuel consump- tion rate and energy conversion that under constant speed, and the instantaneous fuel consump- tion rate of forced idling is much lower than that under the neutral gear. In addition, the accumu- lated fuel consumption in the neutral gear is much higher than that in the different gears, and the lowest is in 4th gear. Therefore, in order to reduce vehicle's operating fuel consumption for light- duty diesel vehicles, coasting in gear should have priority to coasting in the neutral and selectingreasonable coasting speed range is important. 4 tabs, 7 figs, 6 refs.
