摘 要:介绍了场与对象统一表达取得的进展,包括field objects、object fields、feature-field、Parameterized Geographic Object Model(PGOModel)、geo-atom和General Field等。矢量与栅格是解决数字表示地理现象问题的2种数据模型,都可以用于表示场和对象。探讨了2种数据模型的关系,并介绍了一种应用实例Extended Dynamic GIS。In this paper, we introduced some success achieved at integrating the two concepts, including geographical objects, object fields, feature-field, Parameterized Geographic Object Model(PGOModel), geo-atom, General Field and so on. In addition to the definitions of integration of discrete objects and continuous fields, an application system called EDGIS was introduced. Raster and vector were used to solve the problem of digital representation of geographic phenomena, and to code both fields and discrete objects. The relationship between the two methods was also discussed.
