摘　　要：通过对基于Pléiades影像的城市建设用地变化监测工作的阐述,分别介绍了高分影像生产、影像动态更新、影像变化监测、用地变化监管系统建设的方法,并将这些技术以辅助土地利用监管和规划批后执法为目的重新整合,实现了在城市建设用地执法监管领域中集3S技术于一体的新应用。This article described the change monitoring work to the land use in urban construction which based on the Pléiades satellites' image, and introduced the method for producing high resolution image, updating image dynamically, monitoring the change of image, constructing the supervision system of the change monitoring to the land use in urban construction. And then we integrated these technology again, for the sake of assisting the land use regulation and the law enforcement after the approval of planning, and made the implementation of the new application of 3S technology in the same time in the field of supervision system of the change monitoring to the land use in urban.
