摘　　要：为有效管理和使用南海海洋动力环境数据,基于Visual Studio 2008开发环境,采用C#编程语言,结合Web Service、GIS等技术设计开发了南海海洋数据集成与应用系统。该系统实现了模式运行监控、数据管理、数据处理与分析、数值预报、用户管理等功能,经测试系统运行良好。In order to manage and use marine dynamic environmental data in South China Sea, based on Visual Studio 2008 development environment and C#language, combined with the Web Service, GIS technology, data integration and application system was designed and developed. This system realized the model operation monitoring, data management, data processing and analysis, numerical prediction, user management and so on. After tested, the system is running well.
