摘　　要：综述大学生兼职现状,分析兼职对大学生的发展可能存在的影响,总结其在兼职过程中遇到的问题,从而提出一些切实可行的管理策略,为大学生兼职提供理性的参考,同时也为相关机构能更好地对大学生兼职进行引导和管理提供建议。It reviewed the status quo of part - time of college students,analyzed the possible influence of part - time on development of college students, and summarized the problems encountered during part- time,and then put forward some practical management strategies,so as to provide a rational reference for part- time of college students,but also provide suggestions for the relevant a- gencies giving guidance and management for part - time of college students bet- ter
