摘 要:为探讨苎麻在氮钾施肥下的光合作用变化规律,本研究以"华苎4号"为研究材料,设置N、K两因素四水平进行大田施肥,测定三季麻不同生长期苎麻叶片净光合速率和SPAD值的变化规律。结果表明:N、K肥对苎麻净光合速率和SPAD值的影响为N大于K,中等N水平以下净光合速率对K比较敏感,而在中等偏高以上N处理时,N对净光合速率和SPAD值的效应将掩盖K的效应。苎麻快速生长期K对净光合速率和SPAD值的促进较明显,纤维成熟期K对两者影响都较小,收获期N有利于净光合速率提高,而K有利于SPAD值提高。本文能为研究苎麻产量形成机制提供重要参考。In order to reveal photosynthesis change in ramie under different fertilization conditions of nitrogen and potassium , an orthogonal experiment with two factors and four levels was designed , in which Huazhu No.4 was chosen as the experimental material in field .Net photosynthetic rate and SPAD value were analyzed during each growth stage in three harvest seasons .The results showed that nitrogen had more effect on net photosynthetic rate and SPAD value than potassium .Potassium had a sensitive effect below mid-level nitrogen and this effect would be covered above mid -level nitrogen .Potassium im-proved net photosynthetic rate and SPAD value relatively evident during the rapid growth period , whereas it had less effect on them during fiber maturity period .Nitrogen was helpful for net photosynthetic rate , while potassium was useful for SPAD value during harvesting periods .These results might offer important references for studying formation mechanism of ramie yield .
