摘　　要：目的:探讨股骨近端带锁髓内钉(PFN)治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法:收集本院骨科2009年4月-2012年4月收治的58例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象进行分析,分为PFN组30例和动力髋螺钉(DHS)组28例。结果:PFN组骨折愈合时间与DHS组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),PFN组治疗效果显著优于DHS组。两组患者的术中出血量和手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PFN组有1例发生下肢静脉血栓,两组患者的术后并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PFN治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效较好,值得临床上推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical value of treating intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly with proximal femoral interlocking nail （PFN）. Method：Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 58 patients with intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly from April 2009 to April 2012. 30 patients were treated with proximal femoral interlocking nail （PFN）,28 patients were used dynamic hip screw（DHS）.Result：The healing time of fracture,the recovery of hip joint function had significance（P0.05）.The PFN group had 1 case of deep vein thrombosis.Conclusion：Treating intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly with proximal femoral interlocking nail（PFN） is effective,it is worth in clinical practice.
