摘　　要：通过钟祥市农村民居抽样调查,对其民居建筑物质量现状进行评估和抗震性能评价,得出钟祥农居结构抗震设防存在如下问题:1)地基未做适当的处理;2)结构构造措施不到位;3)墙体强度低;4)建筑材料和施工质量差。According to the census and sample survey data of the rural residence buildings, the quality and earthquake resistant performance of the rural buildings are evaluated. Several problems are summarized about the local rural residence structure on seismic precaution. 1 ）Foundations weren＇t made the appropriate processing;2） The seismic measures are not implemented completely;3 ）The strength brick masonry wall is low ;4）The building material and construction quality are poor.
