摘  要:风箱果(P咖ocarpusamurensis)为濒危种。通过对风箱果种子结实量和种子特性进行测定,结果表明:风箱果果实出种量很低,含1~2粒种子的果实比例最大,平均为3.O粒种子,且不同采种母树间种子质量差异显著(P〈O.05);风箱果种子含水量、千粒种子质量和生活力分别为9.86%、1.42g和94.44%;种子24h达到了吸水饱和状态,种子不存在种皮透水不良的问题;不同采种母树间种子的发芽率差异不显著(P〉O.05),平均发芽率较低(21.25%)且发芽缓慢;播种出苗率仅为6.22%。Physocarpus amurensis is one of endangered plants. The experiment was conducted to measure the seed yield and seed characteristics. The fruit yield is very low, the proportion of fruit with 1-2 grains is the largest and mean seed number per fruit is 3.0. Seed weight between different mother trees is significantly difference (P〈0.05). Seed moisture content, 1 000-seed-weight and seed vitality are 9.86%, 1.42g and 94.44%, respectively. Seeds reaches the water saturation point in 24 hours without the seed non-existent the problem of poor water permeability. The seed germination rate among different the mother trees has no significant difference (P〉0.05). The average germination rate is low (21.25%) with slower germination, and the seedling emergence rate is only 6.22%.
