摘  要:以大别山1号油茶(Camellia oleifera Abe1.)为研究对象,分析了7个不同树龄植株枝条和叶片的主要化学成分。结果表明:在冬季,随着树龄增加,油茶叶片束缚水自由水质量比、游离脯氨酸质量分数、、叶木质素质量分数均呈先上升后略降低的趋势。其中叶片束缚水自由水质量比和游离脯氨酸质量分数在50年生油茶达到最大值,分别为0.091和1281.4μg/g;枝、叶苯—醇抽提物质量分数随树龄增长均降低,叶片综纤维素质量分数无明显变化;枝、叶纤维素以及可溶性糖质量分数与树龄呈正相关。在一定的范围内,随树龄的增加,油茶体内束缚水自由水质量比、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸等相关指标值多呈上升趋势(但多数100年生衰老植株指标略下降),从而有助于增强植株的抗逆性。因此,今后在生产实践中应加强对抗逆性较弱的幼年油茶(2、3、5年生)植株的养护管理,调节其生长环境,避免逆境伤害。The experiment was conducted to analyze the main chemical composition of shoots and leaves of Dabieshan Mountain Camellia oleifera Abel. among seven different ages. C. oleifera leaves bound water/free water ratio, free proline, shoot holo-cellulose as well as shoot and leaf lignin content increased at first and then declined slightly with the increasing of tree age. The leaves bound water/free water ratio and free proline content reached the highest in 50 years old, 0.091 Ixg/g and 1 281.4 μg/g, respectively. With the increasing of tree age, shoot alcohol benzene extractive content declined. The leaf holo-cellulose content did not change significantly. There was a positive correlation between the shoot, the leaf cellulose, the soluble sugar content and tree age. In conclusion, within a certain range, the correlative indexes such as leaves bound water/free water ratio, free proline and soluble sugar rose with the increasing of tree age, which was beneficial for impro ving stress resistance of plant. Therefore, we should pay special maintenance management on the young plants to promote their stress resistance and provide better microenvironment.
