百令胶囊对环孢素A肾病大鼠免疫功能影响

摘　　要：目的观察百令胶囊对环孢素A大鼠免疫功能是否有调节作用。方法雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组(C组,n=8)、模型组(M组,n=8)、百令组(T组,n=8)。第十二周末用流式细胞仪检测大鼠外周血T细胞亚群(CD4+、CD8+)、B细胞(CD45RA+)及NK细胞(CD161a+)占淋巴细胞的百分比,计算CD4+/CD8+比例。ELISA法测定外周血血清中IgG,IgM含量。结果 M组及T组的CD4+、CD8+T细胞及NK细胞占外周血淋巴细胞百分比与C组比较有增高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);M组CD4+/CD8+比值显著低于C组(P<0.05),T组CD4+/CD8+比值显著高于M组(P<0.05)。与C组比较,M组外周B细胞占淋巴细胞的百分比及血清IgG,IgM含量显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),与M组比较,T组外周B细胞占淋巴细胞的百分比及血清IgG、IgM含量显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论百令胶囊对环孢A肾病大鼠免疫失调及低下具有调节和促进作用。Objective To observe the regulating effect of Bailing capsule on immune function of cyclosporine A nephrotic rat. Methods Male SD rats were randomly divided into control group（group C,n = 8）, model group （group M,n = 8）, Cordyceps Sinensis extractant group（group T,n = 8}. At the 12th weekend, rats peripheral blood T cell subsets （CD4＋ CD8^＋ ）, B cell （CD45RA＋ ）and NK cell （CD161a＋ ） the percentage of lymphocytes, calculation CD4＋/CD8^＋. proportion were tested by flow cytometry instrument. Peripheral blood content of serum IgG, IgM was detected by ELISA. Results In group M and group T, CD4~ ,CD8^＋ T cells and NK cell of peripheral blood lymphocyte percentage were higher compared with the group C, but the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）; CD^4＋/CD8^＋. ratio significantly was lower in group M than those in group C（P^0.05）. CD^＋/CD8^＋ ratio significantly in group T was higher than group M（P %0.05）. Compared with group C, peripheral B ceil of lymphocyte percentage and serum IgG, IgM content in group M significantly reduced（ P〈0.05, P〈0. 01）. Compared with group M, peripheral B cell oF lym-j phocyte percentage and serum IgG and IgM content in group T significantly increased （P%0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Cordyceps Sinensis extractant shows an adjusting and promoting role on immune disorders or lowly for cyclosporine A nephropathy rats.
