摘 要:为了探讨LH与胃肠道活动中内分泌调节与神经调节之间的关系,试验采用免疫组织化学染色方法,观察雌性山羊腹腔肠系膜前神经节中LH受体的分布特点。结果显示,在腹腔肠系膜前神经节内,LH受体免疫阳性产物在神经元的细胞质和细胞膜上为强阳性或中等阳性表达,而细胞核呈空泡状,不表达。另外,在神经节内的支持细胞、过路纤维、施旺细胞以及血管内皮细胞中LH受体为弱阳性,有少量分布。神经元上的LHR相对表达量显著高于其他非神经结构(P<0.05)。结果表明腹腔肠系膜前神经节中神经元细胞是LH作用的靶细胞,提示腹腔肠系膜前神经节中神经元上的LH受体可能是协调LH对胃肠道活动的内分泌调节与神经调节的关键节点之一,即LH可能通过作用于该神经节的神经元活动,从而影响其发出的交感节后神经纤维这一途径来调节胃肠道的活动。In order to investigate the relationship between LH and the endocrine regulation and nervous regulation involved in gastrointestinal activities,we used immunohistochemical SP method to observe the distribution of luteinizing hormone receptor (LHR) in the celiac superior mesenteric ganglion of female goat. The results showed that LHR immunoreactive substances mainly distribu ted in neurons membrane and cytoplasm,but not in the nucleus. We also found there was a bit of expression of LHR in surrounding supporting cells, passing fibers, Schwan cells and vascular endo thelial cells. That is,the relative expression of LHR in neurons was significantly higher than that in other non-nerve cells(P〈0.05). These results suggest that the neurons in celiac superior rues enteric ganglion are the main target cells of LH in female goats and LH might be one of the key points to coordinate the endocrine regulation and nervous regulation. In other words, LH is likely to affecting neurons of the celiac superior mesenteric ganglion and then further regulating gastroin- testinal activities via the postganglionic sympathetic nerve.
