摘  要:选择昆明小鼠80只,随机分成4组,每组20只,雌雄各半。试验组给予1,8-桉叶油素(21.38、64.15、192.45mg/kg),对照组给予0.5%吐温-80,连续灌胃90d,建立亚慢性中毒模型。灌胃期结束后,剖杀小鼠,采集各组小鼠脏器作病理组织学检查和透射电镜观察。光镜下,1,8-桉叶油素亚慢性中毒主要引起小鼠肝脏、肾脏和睾丸组织细胞发生颗粒变性和水泡变性。电镜下,肝细胞、肾小管上皮细胞和睾丸生精细胞线粒体肿胀、嵴模糊、部分空泡化;内质网扩张、断裂;核染色质浓缩边集,核周间隙增宽。精子细胞顶体囊泡异常,细胞膜失去连续性。结果表明1,8-桉叶油素亚慢性中毒的靶器官为肝、肾和睾丸。In order to study the histopathologic examination and ultrastructural changes of visceral organ in mice with subchronic poisoning of 1,8-cineole. Eighty KM mice were randomly divided into the control group(0.5% tween-80) and intervention groups (21.38,64.15,192.45 mg/kg, 1,8-cineole) of 20 mice each with half male and half female which were respectively administered by gavage for 90 days. At the end of test period,kill mice and collect visceral organs for histopathological exami nation and ultrastructural observation. The results shows that by light microscopic study,particle degeneration and vacuolar degeneration was observed in the cells of liver, kidney and testis. Under electron microscopy, mitochondria swelling, cristae vague, partial cavity changes, endoplasmic re- ticulum expansion and fracture,chromatin margination and perinuclear space broadening were ob served in the cells of liver, kidney and testis tissue. Acrosome abnormal, membrane damaged, membrane lose continuity were observed in hepatocyte, renal tubule epithelial cell and spermato genic cell. The target organs of subchronic toxicity of 1,8 cineole are considered to be liver,kidney and testis in mice.
