摘  要:10日龄的健康艾维菌肉仔鸡250只,随机分为5组。21日龄时除阴性对照组(IV组)外均用NDV强毒F48E9株攻毒,各治疗组(IBI组)在22~25日龄饲料中分别添加0.5%、1.0%、2.0%的复方中药“禽康散”,第Ⅳ组(阴性对照组)、V组(阳性对照组)不用中药。分别于20、22、24、28日龄采外周血,并用流氏细胞仪检测外周血液中T-淋巴细胞亚群含量的变化。结果得出NDV攻毒后,外周血T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/cD8+比值均明显下降。治疗组外周血T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+含量、cD4+/cD8+比值在用药第2天后均明显高于阳性对照组(P〈0.01)。表明复方中药“禽康散”能促进T一淋巴细胞的生成,提高由NDV导致的外周血CD3+、CD4+含量和CD4+/CD8+比值下降的作用,从而增强机体细胞免疫功能来达到抵抗NDV感染的效果。Two hundred and fifty avian broilers of 10-day-old were divided into 5 groups randomly. All groups except negative control group were injected NDV-F48E9 at 21-day-old,then the Chinese herbal medicine Qinkangsan was add to basal diet at 22 to 25 days age. The supplement dosages were 0.5% ( Ⅰ ), 1.0 fro ( Ⅱ ), 2.0 %( Ⅲ), 0 (negative control group, IV ), and 0 (positive control group, V ), respectively. The concentrations of CD3+ , CD4+ , CD8+ , and CD4+/CD8+ T lympho cyte subsets in peripheral blood were measured at 20,22,24,28 days old by using the flow cytome try, respectively. The results were shown as following:on 22 days old, the concentrations of CD3+ , CD4+ , CD8+ ,and CD4+/CD8+ T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood in all of the groups (ex cept negative control group) were significantly reduced when compared with those of 20 days old. While on 24 days old,the concentrations of CD3+ ,CD4++,and CD4+/CD8+ T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood in all of the treatment groups were s)gnificantly increased when compared with M those of groupV (P〈0.01). The results indicated that "Qinkangsan" could promote the growth of T lymphocytes, and increase the ratio of CD4+/CD8+. Thus, the Chinese herbal medicine"Qinkangsan" could increase the cell immune capability of poultry.
