摘　　要：文章结合大型煤炭企业的成长特征,提出了大型煤炭企业的生命周期理论,并基于此,分析了国内大型煤炭企业多元化经营管控的现状,最后,通过对国外先进大型煤炭企业多元化经营管控的发展趋势进行研究和总结,为国内煤炭企业提供相关学习和借鉴。In this paper, author combind the growth characteristics of the large coal enterprises, put forward the theory of large coal enterprise life cycle, and based on this analysis of the status of the large domestic coal enterprises diversified control, and through the diversification of foreign advanced large-scale coal enterprises operating control, the development trend of research and summarize for domestic coal enterprises and learn.
