摘　　要：从供应链的视角来看,自营物流主要包括供应物流、生产物流和销售物流这3个阶段,且又以后两个阶段作为重点。现代化管理依赖于制度和信息化技术的支撑。然而,在缺少对物流操作人员关注的情况下,则难以从根本上完成现代化管理的任务。从而,优化措施可围绕着人力方面、物力方面、财力方面分别进行构建。From the perspective of the supply chain, self-conducting logistics mainly includes supply logistics, production logistics and distribution logistics the three stage, and two stage and later as the key. Modern management depends on the system and information technology support. However, in the lack of logistics operation have been concerned about the situation, it＇s hard to fundamentally complete modern management task. Thus, optimization measures can around terms of manpower, material resources, financial resources construction separately.
