摘　　要：随着物流行业的发展,各大企业都从原有的以自身承担物流方式转换为物流外包形式,在这个转换过程中物流成本控制成为了主要问题。文章分析了我国煤矿企业物流特点,从煤矿企业物流发展和供应链需求两方面分析了控制物流成本的有效途径,为今后的煤矿企业物流外包问题提供了参考。With the development of the logistics industry, large enterprises from the original to their own logistics mode conversion for logistics outsourcing, in the conversion process of the logistics cost control has become a major problem.This paper analyzes China＇s coal enterprises logistics characteristics, from the coal enterprise logistics development and supply chain demand two respects analysed controlling logistics cost effective way for coal enterprises, the problem of logistics outsourcing provides reference.
