摘  要:血清中触珠蛋白(HP)和血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)浓度的变化与奶牛代谢性疾病(如酮病、脂肪肝等)密切相关。为了明确酮病奶牛和健康奶牛血清中触珠蛋白和血清淀粉样蛋白A浓度差异,本试验运用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),分别测定了酮病和健康奶牛血清中触珠蛋白和血清淀粉样蛋白A浓度,结果显示,酮病奶牛血清中触珠蛋白浓度和SAA浓度极显著高于(P<0.01)健康奶牛。结果表明,酮病奶牛普遍存在炎症等病理过程,这一结果可为进一步阐明奶牛酮病的发病机制提供理论依据。Concentrations of haptoglobin (HP) and serum amyloid A (SAA) protein in serum are closely related to metabolic diseases (such as ketosis, fatty liver). In order to understand the differences of haptoglobin and serum amyloid A protein in the serum of healthy dairy cows and cows with ketosis the concentrations Of haptoglobin and serum amyloid A protein in the serum were measured these dairy cows by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results showed that concentrations of haptoglobin and SAA were significantly higher (P%0.01) in cows with ketosis than that of controls. These results in- dicate that pathophysiological process such as inflammation is ubiquitous in dairy cows with ketosis.
