羟甲香豆素微乳联合敏感抗生素对犬脓皮症的药效学试验

摘　　要：为了探究犬蠕形螨及其继发感染的细菌引起的犬脓皮症的有效检测与防治方法,本试验进行了羟甲香豆素微乳联合敏感抗生素对犬脓皮症的药效学试验。结果表明,羟甲香豆素微乳对蠕形螨具有较强杀灭作用,其微乳浓度与杀螨时间之间存在显著的负相关(P<0.05),其有效杀螨的最低浓度为0.23%,羟甲香豆素微乳与阿维菌素杀螨时间无显著性差异(P>0.05);从脓皮症犬的皮肤中分离鉴定出中间葡萄球菌、化脓链球菌、伤口埃希杆菌及铜绿假单胞菌,其分离率分别为55.38%、18.46%、32,31%及12.31%,其中中间葡萄球菌是引起犬化脓性皮炎的主要病原;4株分离菌对头孢曲松、头孢噻吩钠、红霉素、沙拉沙星和林可霉素敏感。羟甲香豆素微乳联合头孢噻吩钠治疗犬蠕形螨引起的脓皮症也有明显作用,痊愈率和有效率分别为67.65%、88.24%,治疗效果好于阿维菌素(P<0.05)。To explore the detection and prevention methods of Canine pyoderma caused by dog Demo- dex and secondary infection bacteria, the tests of Pharmacodynamics on Canine pyoderma with Hydroxym- ethyl coumarin microemulsion and Sensitive antibiotics were conducted. The results showed that.. Hydroxymethyl coumarin microemulsion had a stronger acaricidal actions to Demodex and there was a sig- nificant negative correlation between the microemulsion concentration and acaricidal time （P（0.05）. The minimum effective acaricidal concentration of Hydroxymethyl coumarin microemulsion was 0.23 %, there was no significant difference of acaricidal time between Hydroxymethyl coumarin microemulsion and Aver- mectin （P）0.05）. Staphylococcus intermedius, Streptococcus pyogenes, wound Escherich^s bacillus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated and identified from the skin of Canine pyoderma, and their separa- tion rates were 55.38%, 18.46%, 32,31% and 12.31~ respectively So Staphylococcus intermedius is the major pathogen of Canine pyoderma. These 4 strains bacterium were sensitive to Ceftriaxone, Cefalotin, Cefalotin sarafloxaein and lincomycin. There was a significant treatment effect of Canine pyoderma with Hydroxymethyl coumarin microemulsion and Cefatotin, its cure rate and efficiency were 67.65%, 88. 24% respectively,and its treatment effect is better than abamectin （P〈0.05）.
