摘  要:针对采煤机滚筒破煤理论不完善的现状,利用Ls-dyna建立了采煤机滚筒破煤的仿真有限元模型,进行了滚筒破煤的仿真研究,分析了滚筒破煤的煤破碎情况、破坏形式和煤应力状态。研究结果表明:滚筒截齿排列影响煤的品质;滚筒截割破碎煤的过程中煤的主要破坏形式为剪切破坏;煤的应力状态可以为截齿排列布置和叶片、端盘的设计提供参考。Considering the faults of the theory of cutting for shearer drum, the simulation finite model of shearer drum cutting coal was established by using Ls-dyna. And the breakage ,failure form and stress state of coal in the cutting progress was analyzed. The results indicated that the coal quality was impacted by the picks arrangement on drum, the main failure form of coal in the shearer drum cutting progress was shear failure and the stress state of coal could provide reference to the arrangement of picks and the design of drum vane and plate.
