摘 要:轴、孔键槽加工精度十分重要,尤其是轴键槽对称度、键槽宽度的精度测量,会直接影响键联接装配后的技术性能。目前,生产车间加工现场对键槽的测量一般用键槽塞规或游标卡尺2种方法。这2种测量方法对于键槽槽宽度加工精度要求不高,基本能满足要求;对于精度较高的键槽加工,现检测手段无法满足要求。目前,轴键槽对称度测量方法主要用V形铁、平板、百分表以及表座通称打表法测量。该方法操作不便利,测量手段繁琐,精度可靠性差。针对测量精度要求不同,设计出2种轴键槽对称度测量装置,是测量轴键槽对称度和键槽宽度的理想测量工具,对测量同类尺寸有一定的参考价值。The shaft and the hole keyway processing accuracy is very important, especially symmetry measurement accuracy in shaft keyway and the keyway width will directly affect the assembly after the key connection technology performance. At present, the workshop at the processing site of measurement generally used keyway gauge or a vernier caliper in two way. These two measurements for lower demanding precision keyway width, to meet the basic requirement; keyway for high precision machining, testing methods are unable to meet the requirement. Currently, the symmetry shaft keyway measurement methods with symmetric V-shaped iron, fiat, and the table base dial indicator measurement known to play table. The means of measurement is not convenient, accuracy not reliability. Measurements for the above deficiencies, design a shaft keyway symmetry measuring device for measuring shaft symmetry and keyway width of the ideal measuring tool for the measurement of similar size give a certain reference.
