摘  要:介绍了一种针对大尺寸孔-孔同轴度误差的测量装置,装置能够快速地自动定心找正,并采用激光传感器对内孔表面轮廓进行采样实现非接触式测量,提取出被测孔各截面实际轮廓信号,计算出各截面中心点坐标,拟合各点得到被测轴线与基准轴线,由此推导了基于最小二乘法同轴度误差的算法,并通过求解空间尺寸链得出了测量装置本身的误差。实验结果表明,该方法正确可靠,简单实用,可满足了生产现场大尺寸孔_孔同轴度误差高精度测量的要求。One measurement equipment of coaxiality error aimd at large-scale holes is introduced m this paper, which can seek the center positive automaticly and rapidly, and laser probe is used to sample surface of the holes and realize non-contact measurement, thus actual surface profile signal of cross section is obtained,compute centre coordinates of every cross section , and measured and reference axis is matched,the evaluation rule of coaxiality error is deduced based on least square principle , and the equipment error is obtained by solving space dimensional chain. The experimental results show that the method is accurate and reliable,simple and practical', so it can meet the requirements of high accurate measuring for large-scale holes at the industrial scene completely.
