摘 要:截齿是采煤机械工作机构重要截割部件,为分析截齿结构对其受力及强度的影响,在对现有截齿结构改进设计的基础上,建立了外包式和内嵌式2种不同结构截齿的力学仿真模型并对其进行有限元分析,探讨了其应力和应变的分布规律。仿真结果表明:2种截齿的最大受力位置都在齿尖位置,与实际生产中截齿的破坏位置一致;与内嵌式截齿相比,外包式截齿所受应力较小且分布均匀;焊接处较为隐蔽不易被破坏,有利于降低磨损,增大使用寿命,提高生产效率。仿真结果为截齿的选择和设计提供了一种新的方法,并对截齿的合理设计和选用提供重要依据。Cutting tooth is an important to study the cutting tooth structure cutting part in coal winning machine work mechanism. In order influence on its stress and strength, two different structure simulation model of embedded cutting tooth and outsourcing cutting tooth were established on the basis of the existing design of cutter tooth structure. We had carried on the finite element analysis and discussed the distribution regularity of its stress and strain. Simulation results showed that: the largest stress position are all the top of the teeth and The damage position of cutting tooth in actual production is consistent with simulation analysis of the two kinds of cutting tooth force situation. Compared with the embedded cutting tooth, the stress of coat-style is smaller and the stress distribution is more uniform. In the meantime, relatively hidden soldering is beneficial to reduce wear, prolong service life and improve the production efficiency. The simulation results provides a new method for cutting tooth'schoice and design, and this method pave the way of reasonable design of the Cutting Tooth.
