摘　　要：端头站是采煤机的人机界面,是直接向上位机发送指令的核心部件,传统的模拟信号操控器已经无法满足工业科技的需要,因此研制一款适用于CAN接口的端头站已成为必然趋势。以C8051F041为核心,以TJA1050为收发器,并用IL712T实现电气隔离,实现与CAN总线的串行通信,并实现21个按键和LCD显示。End station is a man-machine interface of the shearer, directly up crew send commands to the core component of the traditional analog signal manipulation has been unable to meet the needs of industrial technology, therefore the development of a developing a suitable for CAN interface endThe head station has become an inevitable trend.In this paper, C8051F041 as the core TJA1050 transceiver with IL712T achieve electrical isolation, CAN bus serial communications, and 21 buttons and LCDdisplay.
