摘 要:对采煤机变频牵引单元进行了多方面分析,论证了对该单元的监控系统进行设计的必要性,对采煤机变频牵引单元计算机监控系统进行了总体架构的搭建和具体功能模块的设计,整体上实现了通过计算机对变频器进行高效准确的检测、控制和故障分析,提高了采煤机运行的安全性和效率,为采煤作业自动化程度的进一步加深提供借鉴。We make a multianalysis of the frequency converted haulage unit of the coal shearer and demonstrate the necessity of monitoring and control system to carry on the design of the unit, and then we carry on the building of the unit's overall architecture and the design of the specific function modules. As the result of these, the system is able to make an efficient and accurate detection and control and failure analysis of the frequency converter by computer, and increase the security and efficiency of the coal minning machine's running. And above all, this paper provides reference for the further deepening of the automation of coal mining.
