采煤机镐形齿受力的计算机模拟分析

摘　　要：采煤机截齿由于负荷较大,容易发生磨损等现象,影响使用寿命。对镐形截齿与刀形截齿进行截割试验,获得频谱曲线,利用计算机软件进行截齿模型建立,提出截齿阻力计算公式,深入了解截齿破坏机理,为截齿的设计提供参考。Shearer is prone to tear due to the load and affects its life. We begin the ho-shaped cutter and knife cutter cutting test to get spectrum curve then using computer software to establish the cutter model and proposing cutter resistance calculation formula to get in-depth understanding of the cutter failure mechanism and to provide a reference to the cutter design.
